Komi-Permyak Traditional Culture: Photographic Collection by A.F. Teploukhov on Early 20th-century Uralic Ethnography, Perm Regional Museum

The present article describes the collection of A.F. Teploukhov, famous Ural forester and local history researcher. Various aspects of the traditional culture of the Komi-Permyaks are documented photographically from as early as the beginning of the 20th century. The material focuses predominantly on the northern group of Komi-Permyaks, researched by A.F. Teploukhov in Cherdyn Uezd, Perm Territory from 1910–1915.
